Prints
What size prints do you sell?
The majority of the range is available in 8 sizes:
- 4x6" (10.16 x 15.24 cm)
- 5x7" (12.7 x 17.78 cm)
- A5 (14.8 x 21 cm)
- 8x10" (20.32 x 25.4 cm)
- A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
- 30x40cm (30 x 40 cm)
- A3 (29.7 x 42 cm)
- A2 (42 x 59.4 cm)
I also offer a number of square prints in the following sizes:
- 8 x 8 inches
- 12 x 12 inches
If you are looking for a print in a different size. Please reach out and I can see if this is possible.
Are the prints framed? / Do you offer frames?
All prints come unframed, unless a frame is added to your order.
Frames are all currently out of stock.
Do you offer custom designs?
I do offer a number of designs which can be personalised, you can shop these here.
Colour changes are possible on the majority of designs. If you would like a design in a different colour way please contact me to discuss.
I can also take on completely custom orders. These are at additional cost and have a longer processing time. Please contact me to discuss.
Do you offer any promotions?
I do run promotions! Current promotions are:
- Buy 3 prints, get 1 FREE. (p.s. this order is stackable, so buy 6, get 2 free and so on!)
- Get 15% off your first order as a new customer, when you join our newsletter! - Perfect if you don't want to order three items!
- Look at our Gallery Wall Bundles! Buy a collection of prints at a reduced price!

What are your shipping arrangements?
FREE TRACKED DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30
Shipping costs
Standard delivery costs £2.30.
Upgrade for Tracked 48hr delivery at £2.60.
Upgrade to Tracked 24hr delivery at £3.40
Processing times:
Current processing time is 1-2 days (excluding weekends).
In a rush?
You can upgrade further by selecting "rush printing" at the checkout for £4.99 - this means you go to the top of the print queue. Order by 7pm for next day dispatch (Mon-Fri).
International Delivery
Prices are listed here and increase based on price and weight.
When will my order be dispatched?
Processing times:
Current processing time is 1-2 days (excluding weekends). This may increase during busy periods.
In a rush?
You can upgrade further by selecting "rush printing" at the checkout for £4.99 - this means you go to the top of the print queue. When using this service, please order by 7pm for next day dispatch (Mon-Fri).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This will include all of your tracking information.
Please check your emails and spam folder before reaching out.
Can I track my order?
If you selected standard shipping at checkout, this is shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class and is not trackable.
If you select Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, you will receive the tracking details in your order confirmation email.
All orders over £30 that are eligible for FREE delivery will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please check your emails and spam folder before getting in touch.
Please allow sufficient processing time and check your tracking information before making contact to chase your order. After this time period, if your parcel still has not arrived or it appears to be delayed, please make contact and I will do all I can to resolve the issue asap.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Prints are shipped all over the world using an fully tracked service.
International shipping costs will apply. Prices are listed below and increase with order value due to the weight:

Please note: working days exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays in each country.
Delivery times are always estimations. If a parcel is delayed or stuck at customs, please make contact and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
In the (unlikely!) event that you find yourself needing to make a return, please email hollie@pretty-average.co.uk
I will always try first of all to resolve any issues.
Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered.
Should a return be agreed, we will supply a returns address. We do not currently offer a free returns policy meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return, to ensure it reaches us. Please retain proof of postage.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Orders do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be returned in the condition it was received, with no damages.
Upon receipt of the parcel, your refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your account.

Can I cancel my order?
All prints are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the information is automatically sent for processing. If you decide you would like to cancel, please make contact as soon as possible after ordering and we will try our best to cancel before it reaches print. If it is too late, you will need to follow the above returns process.
Furthermore, if your order has already been dispatched, I am afraid it will be too late to alter or cancel it at this point.
Can I exchange an item?
We can't currently offer a direct exchange process.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above return process and then place another order for your correct item.
What if my parcel arrived damaged? or there is an issue with my item(s)?
Whilst it doesn't happen often, there have been occasions where parcels have arrived looking a little worse for wear... I want you to be more than happy with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that something arrives damaged or faulty - please contact me straight away so I can resolve this for you!

Can I purchase from you in person?
Yes! I'm so grateful that Pretty Average is now stocked in various stores across the UK!
